Payment Terms

Booking Fee: $25 non-refundable fee is required at the time of scheduling. This fee is applied toward the total cost of service. Approved business clients may be eligible for invoicing and payment terms.

Remaining Balance: Due at the appointment prior to completion of services. [cash / card / Zelle / Apple Pay.]

Travel Fees: Calculated based on the appointment location within ANT Mobile Notary's service area.

Booking an appointment confirms agreement to these terms.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Same-Day Appointments: Cancel at least 1 hour before the appointment to be eligible for a refund.

Advance Appointments: Cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment to be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling: One free reschedule is allowed if the notice requirements above are met.
Late Arrival Policy

Signers are expected to be ready at the scheduled appointment time and location.

If the signer is > 10 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled. $25 booking fee is forfeited.

If the Notary anticipates arriving late, the signer will be notified as a courtesy. This does not waive any fees owed.
Document Completion Requirements

Florida law prohibits a notary public from notarizing a document that is incomplete.

If the document is incomplete, the appointment will be cancelled on-site, & the signer forfeits the $25 booking fee.

The Notary cannot and will not complete, draft, or advise on document content.
Document Review Prior to Appointment

Signers are welcome to email their document(s) in advance for the Notary to review general notarization requirements.

For questions about the content or implications of a document, consult a licensed attorney before your appointment.
Identification Requirements

All signers must present valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification (driver's license, state ID, passport, etc.) Notarization cannot proceed without satisfactory ID.
Language & Translator Requirements

If the signer does not speak or understand English, a translator must be present at the signer's own arrangement and expense.

The translator must be a disinterested third party —they may not be a party to the document.

The Notary must be reasonably satisfied that the signer understands the nature and contents of the document being signed.
General Notary Disclaimers

No Legal Advice: The Notary is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice or interpret documents.

Right to Refuse Service: The Notary reserves the right to refuse to notarize any document if the Notary has reason to believe the signer is not competent or is being coerced.

Liability: ANT Mobile Notary maintains errors & omissions/bonding coverage as required by Florida law, but is not liable for the legal effect or validity of the underlying document itself.
